im looking for good developer to build windows application using .net C#

project details :
OMR for creating and reading answer sheet

Tasks :
- import students data from Excel Sheet (StudetnID, Name ,Course .....)
- creating and exporting answer sheet for all student , each sheet include Student Data on header as string and barcode style
- after students complete the exam the user add the teacher Answer form , and scan all students Papers
- get all marks for each question in table
- set red color for wrong question
- user can select answer if student add two answer or if app cant get the answer
- user can display the full answer sheet of student or see the question section on paper
- see the statistic for each question for all students
- saving values in database
- printing students mark
