KK OHLC Multi Time frame Indicator NinjaTrader 8

I'm seeking an experienced NinjaScript developer to create a detailed level indicator for Ninjatrader 8. This indicator should display both historical and current trading levels on a chart.
Key functionalities include:
- Displaying Open, High, Low, Close of previous year, month, week, day.
- Displaying Open, High, Low, Close of previous to previous year, month, week, day.
- Showing levels for Open, High, Low of current year, month, week, day.
- Indicating High and Low from 12 AM to 9:30 EST.
- need user setting to adjust color line thickness and option if i want to display some level or not to display
- Presenting text for each level on the right side, with distinct background colors for year, month, week, and day levels.
- Handling Level Overlap by displaying text of both levels up and down the level, with changing colors and texts on price hits.
- Auto-drawing levels when the day changes.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in NinjaScript and have experience working with Ninjatrader 8. They should be able to implement a static display for the text of each level for a session, and to incorporate a comprehensive range of historical data, specifically from the previous year, month, week, and day, as well as the current year, month, week, and day.
As far as color schemes are concerned, I am open to suggestions. The freelancer should be able to propose a visually coherent and effective color scheme for different time frame levels.
