Ninjatrader 8 Indicator

Hi, I am looking for a Ninjatrader 8 programmer that could help build an indicator. I have entries/exits
in an excel file that i would like to plot in a chart for presentation and manual backtesting purposes.
I would like to be able to plot them either manually or by connecting to the excel file (whatever is easier). The entries/exits should plot identically as shown in the images attached (highlighted in blue - with the ability to modify the text and change the colors of the arrows).
