NinjaTrader 8 Strategy Build -- 2

I have a new NinjaTrader 8 strategy project that needs X futures contracts to be bought or sold when a number of different indicators/oscillators hit particular specified parameters/thresholds. A specification can be provided to bidders who have developed similar NT8 strategies (and/or indicators) for other clients.
