NinjaTrader Indicator Expert

I need a volume profile indicator created for the ninjatrader 8 platform. There is an existing volume profile indicator available for use with ninjatrader 8 but it's only available with their order flow monthly subscription. We need our own built with the same functionality plus additional changes to the initial balance. Please refer to the PDF attached for complete details of the project.
