Ninja Trader Algo Script OCO Fix

I've been having trouble with my Ninja Trader trading algo script. It seems to be throwing OCO errors when entering orders. The first order goes through without a hitch, but the second one always triggers an error.

Specifics:
- The script is designed for a scalping strategy
- The issues are occurring with Stop orders
