C# and .Net 4 - simple Camera plugin

I need an app (x64) which should capture images from any USB camera attached to the PC, when the user press the capture button, and save the file in a specific folder.
The code should be in C#, .Net 4, and should be integrated into an existing plugin (documentation available for this).
Time is max 3 days.
