C# .Net - scan barcode simple console application

I have a PDF output of consignment packing with some barcode and need someone with knowledge of barcode scanning using a good free nuget library.
Please find the attached pdf to see the barcodes to be checked.
This is needed as a simple console application in .Net 6. The file name can be received as an input parameter and it should be able to scan barcodes from .pdf/png/jpg file types
