.Net framework simple web app c#

I need a developer that is able to work on creating a simple web app on .net framework using c# MVC on Tuesday 19th at 8am CST for 2 or 3 hrs, the job is basically create one or two simple web application with the parameters that will be provided on that day, may include a small login and a simple interface it has to be completed in that timeframe to consider it successful
I can provide previous examples for verification.
Knowing Spanish is a plus but will not determine if you are chosen
