C# .Net Windows Form App Enhancement

I have an existing C# .Net Windows Form App for inventory RFID software. I need a developer to enhance this software with a billing generation feature and a function to save invoices as PDF files.
Key Requirements:
- The billing feature should have a dynamic UI generation option. This allows for the billing template details to be saved.
- The itemized list in the billing template should include: Product description, Price per unit
- Product details should be fetched from the SQL server database automatically based on product ID.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with billing software is a must. Please provide relevant work as reference.
