Need typing software

We need to test an user typing skills for which we need a software where user would type a paragraph(s). We need to know the amount of time a user has spent on this and number of words and or characters typed by the user. The text editor should not show any errors or auto correct any of the user input. This output can be corrected online. We need the source code and API should be there so it can be integrated into our existing application. This will work in a LAN environment and no internet connections would/should be there. This program will be hosted on a web server and we prefer language to be .net and database would be MS SQL for now.
