Need the ability to separate out multiple instances of a running program into 5+ separate tabs on the desktop taskbar

I am looking for somebody who can assist me in separating out into multiple taskbar tabs a ton of running instances of the same program. Please refer to the attached photos: I am running many accounts on the game EverQuest, and they are all sorted into one giant tab that I have to scroll through. I would like to be able to put, for instance, 5 characters (accounts) into one EverQuest tab (icon) on the taskbar, and then 5 more accounts into another separate icon on the taskbar, etc. I would like it to be customizable to my liking.
