Need support to add a new channel to pass data between existing programs in c#

I've a set of programs which read different data from different channels. I need to create a new channel (Wave) following the logic of the existing solution to pass data which is created in program A to Wave so other programs (which exist as well) outside of the network can receive that data.

The solution is written in c#; as the solution is proprietary information only parts of programs can be shared!
Therefore I need support to walk me throught the various steps including testing
