Need prototype for uploading a file in JS/C#

For bidders using bots: Automated bidding bots and automated chat discussion with "Hey i'm in interested in your project" will be automatically rejected.

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a prototype for uploading files in JS/C# using the .NET framework. The project requirements are as follows:

File Types: The prototype should allow for the upload of any type of file, including images, videos, and documents.

Page 1 - calling the fileupload iframe
- Create an iframe
- The iframe will call another page that contains the file upload form (Page 2)
- Parameter for overriding the filename will be passed to the file upload form when calling the iframe src. The parameter name must be "f={Unique Guid}"

Page 2 - file upload form
- File upload form will have a button to select a file
- When a file is selected, post the file (it must be when a file is selected, no second button must be shown to upload)
- Show file upload progress
- Backend must validate environement current path and create the file in that path with the name specified in the "f" parameter from the query string.

Platform/Framework: The feature should be integrated with the .NET platform.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and C#
- Experience with file upload functionality
- Familiarity with the .NET framework
- Strong problem-solving skills to meet specific requirements
