Need notepad c++ code

i need a code to compile/get 4 lines to one from txt files

example i have

namesurname|
address|
city|
phone|
namesurname|
address|
city|
phone|
namesurname|
address|
city|
phone|

what i need is a code on notepad c++ that would get each 4 lines into 1 like this:

namesurname|address|city|phone|
namesurname|address|city|phone|
namesurname|address|city|phone|

If you know the code apply for project and let's do this!
