Need to integrate our existing c# asp.net webform Application With GST E- Invoicing & E-way Bill

We have our existing c# asp.net webform application with Ms SQL server, our application contains billing system,
We want to create a module to connect with GST E-invoice & E -way Bill generating online, basically we want when we click on Generate Bill in our application, it should connect to GST Portal and fetch the IRN no & Qr code and store in our DB and get that IRN & QR code to get it printed in our invoice print copy
Please let know who can develop this project for me with a short duration.
