Need help with regular expression

I am looking for a developer who has good experience in building Regular Expressions. I want a regular expression that parses custom where statement (something like SQL where statement) [using Regex grouping] so that it can be mapped to Linq expression. The task is to build a regex that can be used in my C# code and shouldn't take more than a couple of hours.
