Need an experienced C# windows forms Developer to work on my existing application

I need an experienced C# windows forms developer who can work with me the whole day, 6 to 8 hours a day in the morning shift. There are multiple tasks. I will pay either on weekly basis or for small tasks basis.

The application is related to extracting frames from RTSP cameras and displaying them in a picture box.
