Need an experienced c# WPF developer to work on my existing code.

I need somebody who is expert in create windows applications using WPF. I have a code. That code has 25 mediaplayer instances. These instance are created manually and hardcoded. I need to add multithreading and create these instances and play videos in them dynamically.
