Need a dotnet developer with Azure experience

Dotnet developer to work in .Net 6 and azure. Azure features mainly used are Azure function, service bus, app configuration, resource groups etc. Candidate should be able to work in IST timezone. Work should not be more than 4 hours in a day. Work has to be done in weekdays only. Work has potential to be long term if all went well.
