Need a C# developer expert in window forms app
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a developer who can work full time for the next 10, 12 days dedicatedly and develop software where we will display a live feed from a camera using this code

There will be 3 live streams from 3 different sources. All 3 will be shown at the same time.
Double clicking any stream will make it full screen.
There will be a record button, that will start recording live streams using the FFmpeg command. (I will provide). After recording stops, the user can automatically send this recorded file to somebody selected in chat.
Also, there will be a screenshot button where the user can take a screenshot and that also can be automatically sent to any selected user in the chat.
On the left side, there will be a chat system. Users can select any other user and can text chat, voice chat, send any file to the selected user.
Please note that this system will work totally offline on an intranet server. We need complete code to be written ourselves. No third-party API or SDK.
