Need c# code that perform image processing (pattern recognition)

I'm looking for a skilled C#/Python developer who specializes in image processing
I can provide an image file that contains a jig saw piece (at the side), and a portion of the image will then have an indentation/space of where that jigsaw piece can neatly fit.
The code should return how many pixels the jigsaw piece needs moved along the x axis in order to neatly occupy the available indentation/space.
I guess some sort of border identification on the indention and the jigsaw piece will ne necessary to resolve this challenge. Please message me and I can provide a sample image.
