Need Windows forms UI

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Windows forms UI using C# programming language. The UI will serve both purposes of data entry and displaying information. The client has specific design preferences in mind, so the ideal candidate should be skilled in creating custom UI designs.
There are total 5 screen needs to be developed
Login
Dashboard with side menu ( drawer)
- It contains grid view, and Charts
Registration form
- This will have input forms and document uploads
Search Screen
Search by Id, display Result in grid, Filter , Sorting,
Case Details page
Tabbed progress details , Need to update each step.
