Need to Build A WebApplication to read data of Serial Com Port

I have a client using a weight scale bridge and need to measure lorry weight recently we are using desktop top application using vb6 and we need to upgrade because vb6 doesn't works properly on win10 so i need to read data of serial com port via web browser on Client machine
