Navisworks Automation Plugin Development

I'm looking for a skilled software developer with experience in creating plugins for Navisworks. The main purpose of this plugin is to automate nwf/nwd update and creation. Tailoring the output. And also ability to create any type of function tool or hotkey inside of navisworks regular ui.
Key Requirements:
- Familiar with Navisworks SDK and API.
- Automate model loading in Navisworks.
-Understanding user friendly interface.
Ideal skills for this job would include a strong understanding of Navisworks, proficiency in programming languages suitable for plugin development in Autodesk API (.NET, C, C++ C#) and experience with model loading tasks. Please provide examples of similar projects you have worked on.
