C# Named Entity Recognition (NER) .Net Class

I have a need for a Named Entity Recognition (NER) class. I want to use one that I do not have to pay for. I need to be able to feed the class a string and have it pull out all the names and entities in that string. If the name is a person it needs to parse out into first, middle, last, suffix and title. There are several of these classes out there for c#. I need someone with experience using them and to put together a small sample that works with any string. The NER needs to be free use in a commercial application. Somone that has used a class like this before would be a great help. Thanks and good luck bidding.
