C#/ .NET dev fix needed

For an existing webapplication i need a fix. Backend and dbase (postgres) is hosted in digitalocean
The flow is as following: Backend (C#/.NET) triggers Azure Notifications hub, which then sends notifications to APNS (iOS) and GCM (Android).
Need fix on notifications.
