.NET Project Setup & Customization

I'm seeking a proficient .NET developer who can handle a complete .NET project (mobile, desktop, and web) I recently purchased. The project is first to be focused on its mobile aspects.

I need the developer to:
- Remove all dependencies and links to the original website
- Set the project up for basic use within a clean, standalone environment
- Implement minor UI customizations to the mobile app per my requirements

Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience with .NET across desktop, mobile, and web platforms
- A keen eye for identifying and eliminating external dependencies
- Proven experience in code refactoring and customization
- Clean and efficient coding practices

This is primarily a one-off setup task, however, there could be ongoing customization work in the future.
