C# .NET Parser for Text Content with HTML Agility Pack
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am currently looking for someone to write a program in C# .NET to parse specific text content from a website. The architecture has been laid out in Visual Studio and is ready to go, just needs to be coded.
I have existing code I can share, each part of the code is working but when I put them together it does not, I can provide all my existing code if needed as a guide / to be used in the program.
The task is fairly straightforward and will concern handling the following:
- Extracting the text content from the concerned sites (2 sites)
- Integrating it into an already built shell of a program, built in Visual Studio, c#, Winforms, and .net framework.
- Implementing an 'if found, then execute' action for a specific data point with a focus on an exact match.
Potential candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
- Solid understanding and experience with C# .NET / HTML / HTML Agility Pack
- Demonstrated expertise with data parsing techniques.
- Ability to work with established UI in Visual Studio.
- Proven track record of creating 'if found, then execute' function.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure exact match criteria are met.
Please note, the parsed data does not require saving or storage in any form - it will be utilized immediately within the program.
Payment upon testing program for atleast 24-48 hrs to verify it works, the data to parse is random and may take time to find. Source code will be sent to us as well.
