C#/.NET Module for OPC Server

I am in need of a developer to create a module that can interface with an OPC server. The project involves two primary tasks:
- Writing: I need the module to convert data results to the OPC format and then push them to the OPC server. The OPC server in this case is used for storing data. So, the module should be able to write data to the OPC server.
- Reading: On the other hand, the module should also be capable of fetching data from the OPC server. This implies that the module should be able to read data from the OPC server.
The stack for this project has been developed in C# using .NET Framework. It's essential that the developer has experience in both C# and .NET, and has worked with OPC servers in the past.
Key skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
- Prior experience in working with OPC servers, ideally for both reading and writing operations
- Understanding of data conversion to OPC format
- Ability to develop a module that can handle both reading and writing to an OPC server.
