C# .NET MVC App Production Issue

I'm currently experiencing a problem with my C# app.net mvc - it is not functioning as expected on the production server, specifically within Internet Explorer. While no error messages are displayed, the "About" menu link is not being added correctly by the javascript.
What I'm looking for is a knowledgeable troubleshooter who's experienced in:
• C#
• .NET MVC
• JavaScript
• Internet Explorer compatibility issues
Ideally, you will have successfully resolved similar issues in the past and will be able to identify and fix the problem quickly and efficiently, ensuring the correct addition of the "About" link and the "ContactUs" to the menu on my production server. (the menus are in hebrew)
