.NET MAUI - Project with webview, logo and contacts sync

Looking for a programmer who can create a simple .NET MAUI project with Visual Studio 2022. The project must meet the following specifications:
- .NET 7 framework MAUI project
- Must compile for Android and iOS
- The project must have en embeded logo instead of the default one
- The project must open a local htm file with a webview
- The htm file to build will only have 1 button that will read the device's contacts and create a javascript array/list will the contacts informations.
There's no logo or existing htm, this request is simply to have a prototype.
Acceptance criterias:
- The user must be able to send the contact's from their device to a Javascript array.
Must be completed within max 2 days.
