.NET MAUI UI Development for Visual Studio Code

I am seeking a professional with expertise in .NET MAUI and XAML for creating a modern and sleek UI for my Visual Studio Code project. With no existing codebase to work off, the freelancer will have the creative freedom to build from scratch. No functionality needs to be implemented. Only barebone UI.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a .NET MAUI UI using XAML
- The UI should reflect a modern and sleek design
- Compatibility across different platforms: Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, and Linux
- dark, minimalistic theme

Detailed layout:
- Search field in the top aligned in the center to enter a query (spanning 1/4 of the window width)
- left of the search, aligned to the left:
- left-most: a button to open / close a side bar
- separated through a vertical line from the side bar icon to the right: Buttons to switch between different screens: Media Browser, a Backup management screen, Brainstorming screen (all screens can be empty)
- right of the search, aligned to the right:
- right-most: Settings button
- separated through a vertical line from the setting button to the left: Quick buttons for the current screen, for the default media browser screen: Button for grid and list view, slider to scale elements in grid / list view
Below the Button & search bar:
- if open: side bar on the left side (containing a lists with headers for: projects, collections, years)
- right of the side bar or full with if it is disabled: current screen

Icons for the buttons are provided.

This project is ideal for someone who is experienced in UI design and development with .NET MAUI and XAML. A keen eye for modern aesthetics and strong compatibility testing skills across different platforms would be beneficial.

To be delivered is a project executable in Visual Studio Code.
