C# .NET Expert Mentor

An expert C# .NET developer is required for mentoring an upper intermediate level .NET developer. The mentor should be able to spot the gaps and train the person to increase their skillset. They will conduct code reviews, identify the mistakes and weak areas by assign specific tasks/projects and check the candidate's previous projects.
They will help the person to reach advanced level by;
Creating a new advanced fully functioning web project and refactoring an existing project.
Finding their mistakes and guiding on refactoring for the best structure,
Implementations by adhering SOLID and clean coding principles, using TDD approach,
Training the candidate for senior level interviews (live coding and pair programming, Q&A)
Assigning take home tasks/sample projects relevant to the current industry's senior level interview assessments.

The mentor should have commercial experience and must be proficient on below:
