NDI Polaris Vega Communication API Interface

I need an interface that allows executing the API commands to control a Polaris Vega model NDI position sensor. I am attaching a sample code provided by the manufacturer, but it uses only the command line, and we need an interface so that the user can change the necessary parameters.
