Multi-store VAT Enabled POS

I want a multi-store VAT enabled POS application to be built in .NET Core 5.0 using Web API endpoints and MVC application(HTML, jQuery only) to consume those Web APIs. The database must be PostgreSQL. You've all the freedom on how to accomplish the task, but it has to be completed in 30 days maximum.
