Multi branch restaurant pos with backend

Need to develop restaurant pos managed by backend the pos will have the following function
1- mange customer
2- sale screen
3- gif card
4- loyalty program management
5- recipe management
6- stock management
7- receive items
8- transfer items
9- discount
10- tables management
11- dining , take way , pickup , food court ,
12- can received order from external channel like web and mobile .. etc
13- users management
The pos system must develop using windows app using c# with local database to be synced with backend database
The back end must developed using asp.net c# webform or mvc and must be support api for external integration will discuss more requirements over chat .
