Multi Thread Account's Creator

Hello,
I need a multi threaded account creator which can create accounts on some website's, must support socks connections.
Needs all fields randomly filling in, probably best to grab list of words/names/numbers from a text file.
Once account created to save database and have another function which can use to re-login to that account's and control it to browse URL in future.
No fancy GUI/front-end needed. Just something basic.
