Move authentication from token-based to OAUTH 2.0 for existing .NET Framework REST API component
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled developer to help me migrate the authentication method of my existing .NET Framework REST API component from token-based to OAUTH 2.0. The current authentication method used is token-based.
Specifically, I need the developer to implement the Bexio OAUTH 2.0 provider (www.bexio.com) for the authentication process.
The desired timeframe for completing the authentication migration is within 2 weeks.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with .NET Framework C# and REST API development
- Familiar with ASP.NET Webforms
- In-depth knowledge of OAUTH 2.0 and its implementation
- Familiarity with token-based authentication
- Experience with implementing OAUTH 2.0 providers, particularly Bexio, is preferred.
The existing component actually already contains both authentication methods:
- token-based (in use right now, works)
- OAUTH 2.0 (doesn't work).
It is important that the component can work as a background process. Access token retrieval by refresh token is essential.
