Molecular Simulation Environment Configuration
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need someone who is versed in the NAMD MD Simulator to help me find a way to simulate electric and magnetic fields on the virus capsid model provided in the link. I am also providing links for a third party addition to NAMD for implementing magnetic fields which do not come with stock NAMD. The final deliverable should be the capsid model with example electric and magnetic field applied to it and instructions on how to apply these fields to capsids within the model (set field parameters, etc.). Please note that you need to manually implement the third party package into NAMD. I am offering this job for $120.
Please note that you'll also need programming experience in C++.
I need someone who will be willing and able to communicate with me regularly and answer messages within a day. Also, you will need to sign an NDA for this project.
