Modify .NET C# App for Traffic Logging

I’m seeking a developer to enhance a .NET C# application I use for logging web traffic.
The application currently uses WebView2 in combination with Titanium Web Proxy to log requests and responses from the client to the web server. However, I also need to log WebSocket traffic.
You may need to use a TCP proxy to capture WebSocket traffic, or alternatively, choose a different web proxy than Titanium. However, all solutions must be integrated into the application itself, and external programs are not desired.
