Modify Code on C# for bar code reader

We have a program written in C#, it is for inventory management with bar codes. We need to modify it for another area in the company. It is a simple task that requires knowledge in C#, IIS to deploy it on Windows and some basic knowledge of Oracle to connect it to an Oracle database. Our current system works and all the connections and basic code were already written. It is a local server, and the connection and software are deployed on Windows and with a local IP address. This is one of many projects that we'd like to work with in the near future.
