Modifications (Infix, Resize/Reposition Images, and DLL) to a C# Program

I am needing some modifications to a C# Windows form program that I will provide. This project requires an NDA and IP agreement. The program performs various types of string manipulation (postfix to infix notation), image manipulation (repositioning, resizing images), and creating a DLL and test project.
