Mobile development with MAUI and C#

Looking for an Experienced developer, who can develop a mobile app in MAUI and C#.NET.
Scope including User Management like Registration , Login with Mobile number, ChangePassword, ResetPassword. AuthServer is ready but if any changes are required to handle mobile functionality, then we will make the changes and deploy, it may take some time.
It's main functionality includes a data comes to server from external source and we have to show the data to end user who are registered users. Hence, there should be
1. a Push notification to user's mobile app then new data has come,
2. show all the relevant data to the user in grid format.
3. On one row selection in the grid, show the respective html which will render from Server side APIs.
4. Filter option on few criteria.
5. Create and apply Tagging .
