Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
1. Under Branches (CS102000) add a field called "Mileage Charge" which will be a Boolean.
2. Under Inventory Preferences (IN101000) add a field under TRIP SETTINGS for "Mileage Item" which will be a lookup of all inventory items
3. Under Inventory Preferences (IN101000) add a field under TRIP SETTINGS for "Mileage Overage" which will be a numeric value
4. Under Inventory, under preferences, Create a "Stores" table (INSalesSite)
5. This table will have ID, description and zip code
6. Add "Closest Store Location" to the customer (AR303000) and customer location (ar303020) which will be determined by the zip code of the customer location and the new Stores table using the INSetUp.UsrTTApiKey
7. Add "Distance from Closest Store" to the customer (AR303000) and customer location (ar303020) in miles
8. Anytime a SO(SO301000) or Quote (CR304500) is created for a branch that was Mileage Charge checked (Step 1) a line will be added with the newly created Mileage Item from step 2 and the difference of the Distance to the Closest Store and the Mileage Overage with the INSetup.UsrTTWarehouse.
Example:
Mileage Overage is set to 30
Distance to Closest Store for a customer is 50
a line should be added from the Mileage Item with a quantity of 20 (50-30)
