Migrate Bubble App to Azure .NET

I need a production-grade, maintainable .NET 8 web application running on Azure App Service. This should replicate—and then extend—the existing Bubble functionality, starting with the adviser_pay_run module.
Key requirements:
- Must move off Bubble.io platform
- Must replicate existing UI design, with special focus on navigation menus
- Must maintain existing workflow automation and database schema
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in .NET 8 and Azure App Service
- Experience with UI design replication and workflow automation
- Strong background in database management
- Strong background with Microsoft azure platform and cosmosdb
