Microsoft Teams bot that gets caller info from external DB or API

We use Microsoft Teams for telephony - and we want to show info about the caller, which should be pulled by a bot from an external database (SQL most likely) or an API (to be determined in discussion with the developer).

We need a developer who has experience in building bots for MS Teams and Microsoft 365 in general.
