Microsoft Teams Extension / App

We would like a Teams extension that grabs the message, puts it in a text file, and creates a .zip of the file before sending.

If there is an attachment or only an attachment, it, too, is added to the .zip file prior to sending.

On the receiving end, it unzips the .zip file sent.
