Microsoft Teams Bot Notification App .NET or JS (Need assistance or additional Hands)

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Teams Bot Notification App using .NET. The primary function of the bot will be to send notifications. I have a specific set of features that I would like included in the bot, but I am also open to suggestions. when a user adds an app they should be able to authenticate with my application login
