Microsoft Outlook Addin with simple API integration

We want our users to have a one-click solution to send suspicious email from their Outlook (Exchange on premises) to our ticketing system. A button in the ribbon menu of open mail. Ticketing system has a well-documented API with exact example of what we need. If possible the email should be saved as ".eml" file, and attached to the ticket. We have full access to the e-mail server in case of a deamon or further integration being needed. Minimal UX required, but we'd like some sort of non-intrusive confirmation of the ticket being created. Need source code for further maintenance.
